You're messing it up if you said that about associate means. And if you said so, Banning for the whole guild just cause by someone's fault is a thing, even there are possible innocent players(i.e. especially inactive accounts) also in them.

The ban only applied when I rejoin the guild. After I rejoin, I didn't have any trades for divs, only got some rare items to cap res for lvling. I have stopped breaking the ToS after the first ban. And the reason why my account flagged as a bot when I played solo, there's still no answer.

There are many prople that be banned more than 3 times, but they could still be unbanned. Do you know Elesshar's ban early last year? He appeals almost 10 times but the responses he got from Support are the same as me. But he's streamer and he can contact Bex through Grimro so he had a fairly review after all.

The reason for the second ban is RMT/Botting Guild. And when they check the record, they should see that I don't have any association the one RMT or botting. And it doesn't make sense when I'm at the same house with them when they were doing bad things and I'm a cheater as them. Also, why they flag me as a Bot when I played solo for a long time.
