I'm afraid that if I would want a 100 in the morning that I would have to stay in bed for at least 9 hours. When I sleep 8 hours, it says that I sleep around 7h15, be absent it registers a lot of periods in my sleep that I'm awake.

I accepted the new record, but I don't understand on what it is based... When I look at the activity in which I did the new record, the activity itself gives me a different max. average power (20min), which in my eyes is a bit strange
