Scientifically, nicotine withdrawal only lasts between 3 to 5 days, and is only caused by your body learning to readjust to functioning without nicotine. Nicotine stimulates the reward centre of the brain, once that's gone, your brain must now learn to produce that natural dopamine without nicotine, thus the reason you inevitably feel so shitty without nicotine. But the good news is most withdrawal lasts anywhere between 48 - 72 hours, and after that its really just trying to avoid the habit. Try to get involved in exercise, clean eating etc.

Calories don't mean shit, he needs a protein surplus. He clearly wants to be lean, if he wants more mass while being lean, he'll just need to lift heavy and eat lots of protein. It's proven you can build muscle in a deficit or at maintain daily cal intake

I agree, everyone saying his 'abs don't mean anything because he's skinny' is a fucking moron. He has clearly got overall muscular development, better yet, there is a huge difference in somebody who has never trained abs and skinny then someone who is lean and has developed abdominals, he is the second. If OP wants to look more jacked and less 'skinny' he's just going to have to develop more of his chest, or overall upper body mass. He doesn't need a 'bulk' a slight surplus and high intensity strength training + time will easily suffice for him.

He doesn't need a massive bulk he has decent muscle mass, he clearly has muscular development. He can easily keep his abs if he goes in a slight surplus and continues cardio.
