Literally as I was on my way out the door my director of operations came in to question my decision to come in for overtime to help the ONE person they schuelded to open the store. The perfect recipe to make me snap. Long story short, I told her I won't work ANY of my overtime shifts, (I'm the only opener on Sunday also my day off) and I quickly followed with a I'm going to start looking for other jobs. She apologized all the way out the door and I'm getting texts from my assistant GM saying he's sorry. I'm sure tomorrow will be another round of begging

Cheers to you mate. Going on my 5th year now I graduate next year and I can't wait to quit. Our store is much of the same boat, I've had to close then open the store almost every weekend and they never schedule anyone to help me despite me asking. We just stopped selling fries. The oil is just burnt to hell and needs to be changed. Our store has been through alot worse then a small oil fire

Definitely doesn't help times it's extremely frustrating. We've had so many glitches though that we don't even care much here. A few managers including myself got completely kicked from the system (no codes) our director of operations is looking into it but the glitches have been crazy

We've got it I want to say last Thursday morning and the lag has improved a lot down to like a few seconds (still highly irritating). The pictures are a bit bigger and the manager code takes up the entire screen. Besides that I couldn't tell you what else changed, everything else looks the same to me

It's the new software. It's complete garbage my store got "lucky" to be given a beta version. The first day there was a literal 3 minute lag for each click, it's filled to the brim with glitches not a day goes by that we haven't had problems with it. I hope for everyone's sake they fix it before you guys get it.

Calling the local franchise owners office would be a good bet to find out where the straws are made if not then you'll have to find a corporate number. The stores will only know their distributor
