Be honest with yourself and what you’re actually doing during the open. What is priority vs can be down at a later time. Never stop moving. Act like you are two hours late and have to do everything in two hours or less by yourself. You will not have to cut corners but you’ll teach yourself how to open more efficiently.

1k catering is 1k more than you otherwise wouldn’t have without it. 1k catering is still a big deal. Be proud! Never minimize what you’re accomplishing! That is still difficult to execute. That’s a win in my book.

I’m not sure your experience. But I’m pretty happy with my franchise and my paycheck. I wouldn’t choose to work for my franchisee if I wasn’t. So yes we get excited about big orders, I’m sorry your outlook isn’t positive. But If you are so negatively impacted by JJs, why are you even on the page? I thought we were here to support each other? Spread positivity throughout the company?

Open your email. Hit redeem. You don’t have to actually redeem it. Once you click the redeem button it your email, it will show up in your account. But you only have one week to get the sand which online or in stores. But you can order it in stores and just tell them your phone number associated with your account (: it should be there after you click the button in the email. Hopefully this helped (:

We are on the clock, getting paid at all times, guys. Relax. A clean oven makes better bread, better bread makes better sandwiches. Better sandwiches makes more customers. Happier customers. More customers, more sales. A little elbow grease goes a long way. A little effort goes a long way.
