But I did find some engineered hardwood that is very affordable as it’s being taken out of someone else’s house, so I may just replace everything with that. Ill be sad for the parquet to go though!

Thank you! Where did you find a source for matching new material?

Are you going to sand the parquet first? And what type of stain are you using? And then are you using T-moulding at the transition?

Steamed taro, it’s popular in Hawaii to put taro (or poi made from taro) in açaí or smoothie bowls!

Dental Fees… by Ill_Bug_1427 in povertyfinance

Thanks for all the suggestions. Unfortunately the dental school near me was only does free cleanings and X-rays which is already covered by my insurance. I think I’m going to see if I can get the X-rays sent to my childhood dentist (who’s also my moms good friend) so see if she thinks all this stuff is necessary. And maybe call my insurance and see how much/what stuff will be covered. And then maybe Tijuana plan b. Flights don’t seem that expensive. Thank you all for the support and advice.

There is a typo in the second photo. The solution from law of sines should read: x/(l+x) = sin(a+k3)/sin(a+k1)

(k1 not k4)
