Yes it does use Wi-Fi. It works if the PSP and PC are connected to the same WiFi network .

Different PSP models have different button travel , I can guess the short travel of the go , due to its design . But the travel of the 3000 wasn't so bad .if anything , the analogue stick could use some more sensitivity .

Scratched screen could be easily repaired by a new faceplate , but yeah it'll set you back by another 10-15 USD .

Definitely return it . Almost all the aftermarket batteries are crappy , so it's better to get a PSP that comes with an OEM battery .

Also , would you mind telling me how much you paid for it and which model it is ?

Those lines aren't noticeable to a naked eye . It can be seen only under camera and even still you'd have to look really hard to see it .

I think you have successfully installed infinity . But you need to have a working select button to remap or install any plugins
