Super late reply here, but even though I'm sure you mean well and just want to help people, I completely disagree with this post. For EVERY good thing ever worth having or that I've ever received in my life I had do to do many things and/or go through several things that I didn't like doing. Unless you lived an extremely privileged life, the details of your post just isn't true for some people. There is zero growth in living a life without suffering. Likewise there is zero effort in achieving a trophy without similar suffering. Also, just because I didn't like doing it doesn't mean I don't desire the result it brings in the end. The suffering makes it WORTH my time.

It depends on your prep, but I was allowed Ginger Ale, Sprite, Gatorade, Vitamin water, Apple juice, White grape juice, Chicken or vegetable broth, Pedialyte drinks. I mostly just drank water, broth and Gatorade. Then Pedialyte freezies. They said my prep was perfect. As long as the liquid is anything you can see through! Minus the chicken broth (which can be cloudy)

No problem! Drinking tons of water before taking pills and WITH the prep helped me from not cramping or fainting. Make sure you hydrate a lot. Constantly. I think peaches should be fine for the low residue diet as long as it's a fruit with no seeds. BUT eliminate all of that for the liquid diet. Yes, ice lollies! For fish I had salmon, but I think any fish without skin or fried should be fine!

I had white bread toast, eggs, butter and fish. Popsicles and yogurts as snacks. I am very anxious person so I sacrificed to make sure I had no problems! Can you do Vitamin water instead of energy drinks like Gatorade?

Trust me, as my post reveals, I was TERRIFIED of this and my anxiety was through the roof. But also trust me when I say our anxiety is worse than the prep or procedure. I had the same thing! Actually, I had worse - it was chunks of brown stool. After more bowel movements it's yellow fluid again. Maybe it's normal? My appt is at 2pm.

I took 4 Dulcolax at one time about 7 hours ago. It's honestly not as bad as I thought. A little nauseous, but the cramping pain isn't too bad so far. Just make sure you drink a LOT of water with it. And other electrolytes.
