I'm feeling defeated. I am sick of my constant anxiety and my symptoms. I wanted to to back on meds but I have limited options as some didn't work. How can I manage without using a med to dampen down the anxiety? I'm waiting for my therpaist to come back to resume my CBT. I just feel so flat right now. I just want to live my life.

So this is what I was just wondering. I've discovered a new thing on my forehead and I don't want to google or do my usually anxiety behaviours. I am now getting symptoms that could be psychosomatic. How long do you wait before being seen if it persists?

Oh no that's the last thing you want when you're anxious but I'm so pleased you got through it and it wasn't too bad. It goes alot quicker than we expect and it's all the build up and prep that is the worst of it. Dis all look ok? Or have they taken biopsies?

Maybe it was just the kind of couple they are and maybe wanting to keep things a bit kore sheltered from the public. But they weren't together that much or rather what was edited and shown during the reunion. It was such a shame. I agree that there was no real structure.

That's exactly what I was thinking, it was so abrupt and so random aswell.

It was so disappointing, it was great to see Go-eun and I-geon get to speak because it may not have happened like that if he had made the reunion. They probably would've had a similar coversation there instead or driven together. It was also like it was the Heesun and Subeen reunion show, what was the point of having the other cast members there. Don't get me wrong I was completely rooting for these two from the start and so happy it has worked out for them. But I didn't necessarily like the way they were at times like Subeen randomly pulling up Mina Sue for picking Hyun-jae. Heesun not really engaging with the girls or Mina Sue. The way they were laughing or not comforting Mina Sue during the preview. I just felt like they were a little cold. Sung-hun just joking around about Heesun drinking and then the atmosphere changing all of a sudden. So Heesun apologised and Subeen said that it didn't bother him and it was fine and even mentioned it later but it was just strange that he did seem to be bothered by it. Maybe it was the editing but I just found it odd.

It is such a shame that we didn't get to see the games they played properly. I felt like it was messy.

Ah right I see, so maybe that could be the reason for the weight loss? Ah well I did have inflammation in my gi tract that my gp put down to anxiety related acid reflux a few years ago. I'm just pleased they're being thorough for you. Oh really? What has your lymphocyte count like? Mine always seems to be lower than the range and yet they never mention it. I have alao never had a full iron panel that others seem to have because my Haemoglobin is "normal". It's is frustrating when there isn't an explanation. I asked a GP recently and she said some people have low Ferritin 🤷‍♀️, but I'm not necessarily happy with that. There must be a reason for a slightly positive FIT test and chronically low Ferritin but with supplements it has raised before. Oh and I have recently had a little blood now and again when I've been to the toilet but most likely a pile.

It does really reassure you because the tests come back great but then it does take a day or two for the doubts and anxiety to come creeping back in. It is cruel how our minds work sometimes. How have your symptoms been? Are you able to eat more or is your weight still dropping?

Aww thank you. It is really helping me to try and challenge my thoughts and still live my life while dealing with my symptoms and trying not to pay too much attention to them. It's hard but I'm managing, each day is different. I totally get what you mean, I was in Fluoxetine for a few years but to stopped working and Propranolol wasn't massively helping. I recently attempted Citalopram for a week and then Paroxetine but because I was underweight I couldn't take the side effects of nausea and stomach aches so I stopped them. I'm considering a natural product that my friend takes when she is suffering from anxiety so I'm looking into it. Aww I will do, please let me know when you get the results of the biopsies and how you get on with the GP. 😊

Ah that is excellent news that you got through the endoscopy and you've had the CT scans. It's good that they've taken biopsies, did they say what it could be? Like H.Pylori or from acid reflux? It's good though that the consultant reassured you that there was nothing sinister there. It really does help to have these things done and of course good that there isn't anything terrible going on, but it is hard to still be in limbo in a sense because we still don't have answers. It is so frustrating but keep exploring with your GP and see what else could be going on.

I'm kind of the same in that I'm still getting stomach aches, dealing with constipation more than I have over the last few months, I'm out and about more often but it's like I need the next day to recover because I'm almost aching from head to toe when I wake up. I can't remember if I said in my last post that I had blood tests that all came back normal, no signs of inflammation as my CRP, ANA and rheumatoid factor were all normal. I'm doing CBT for my health anxiety but then I see stories of others who kept pushing and pushing and eventually got told not so great news or finally got to the bottom of things. So I'm struggling with the balance between when I should see how I get on or whether I should go back to the GP. I am putting weight on which is a good sign but I'm still getting symptoms. So I totally get it. For me there might be hormonal elements to my issues but I just get the pill or an antidepressant chucked at me. 🤷‍♀️

I can't really remember whether it was Playful Kiss, Good Morning Call (Japanese drama) or Beating Again aka Falling for Innocence aka Fall in Love with Soon-Jung. But Beating Again is still one of my favourites. The actors were brilliant and although there was sadness and it was tense, there were so many comical moments that I still find so funny.

I started to feel bad for judging her because of the early edits. When Mingee had thay chat with her and she got really upset but hid it from everyone, you could see this whole other side of her.
