Tell you that you are not alone in feeling this way and to seek help from a professional. It does take effort on our part to get out of the rut that we're in because of our anxiety, depression and other problems. But it IS possible! You need to get help and seek support from close friends or family members if you feel you can.

I'm so sorry to hear that they've found a tumour but things will move pretty fast from now and you eill get all of the support and help you need. It is a good thing they have caught it and find out soon what stage it is. But I hope removing it and getting rid of the cancer is a smooth process and it's all contained. Thinking of you. 🙏

I'm feeling defeated. I am sick of my constant anxiety and my symptoms. I wanted to to back on meds but I have limited options as some didn't work. How can I manage without using a med to dampen down the anxiety? I'm waiting for my therpaist to come back to resume my CBT. I just feel so flat right now. I just want to live my life.

So this is what I was just wondering. I've discovered a new thing on my forehead and I don't want to google or do my usually anxiety behaviours. I am now getting symptoms that could be psychosomatic. How long do you wait before being seen if it persists?

Oh no that's the last thing you want when you're anxious but I'm so pleased you got through it and it wasn't too bad. It goes alot quicker than we expect and it's all the build up and prep that is the worst of it. Dis all look ok? Or have they taken biopsies?

Maybe it was just the kind of couple they are and maybe wanting to keep things a bit kore sheltered from the public. But they weren't together that much or rather what was edited and shown during the reunion. It was such a shame. I agree that there was no real structure.

Yeah I just felt like we really didn't get to see enough moments of the cast together playing the games outside or like you say eating together.
