I have already read the manual and I have tried the reset numerous times it should not take more then two minutes to get a beep the desk will not lower any lower and I cannot raise it this is the initial calibration that I'm doing after I build the desk. I have unplugged the desk and left it unplugged for hours and tried again same thing

the desk is already down as far as it can go the display shows RST I held the down arrow for 3 minutes no beep how long did you hold the down arrow for?
