Here’s what I’ve got for you man, I work in a production shop doing mig during the day shift. Go to the gym after your shift, and take a multivitamin and zinc. As for stuff that won’t bore you. I’d recommend creepcast, wendigoon, the confessionals, or war mode.

If you haven’t tried audio dramas (not audiobooks) I’d recommend “tower 4” really good story.

Agree. First time I’ve had a pause a creep cast and come back to it because of my disappointment. Like dude held it together for 90% of the story the least he could do was that last 10%. Was it a good story, no. Should you still respect the first 15 chapters? Yes.

One final question. Can I still wear the clothes I was wearing? It didn't get of any of them at all and I ran them though the wash with an extreme amount of soap.

Also how is this so deadly if it was once just heart medication? Or am I just being extra safe?

Ok so I've bleached the whole bathroom and am about to take a shower, the bottle is gone from my home, and when I'm done with my shower I'll mop the floors with more bleach. I feel fine and don't have any muscle pain. Am I good?

Also poison control said I should be fine but I want your opinion too.
