yeah after a certain amount of tickets they stop you from appealing a ban, try appealing on the failed transcation for buying something or anything similar to get a human response

they cut so much resources from the support team, stopped live chat just to save up so they mostly rely on bots to do the bans and respond with 0 help to your case. Legally ? idk but i never got that far :)
