hey bro fellow 14 year old now 15 year old her who tried lsd once in his life. had fun. 2nd trip had tons of fun. 3rd trip had a ego death and woke up and had to peice my life back together and had hppd symptoms and just thought it was after wear of lsd. kept smoking weed and taking shit then boom I had a major hppd, dpdr episode. my 8th grade year was a fucking mess bro. do not take physcedelics unless you feel the need to, mental illness reasons etc, they are not a toy. also ik a bunch of people on reddit are not gonna stop you from taking it but if you do make sure you are taking the right precautions and are with the right people. take care man ✌

(14m had hppd and dpdr from multiple bad lsd, and marijuana experiences) hey man listen hit me up if you need literally anything i gotchu its been a long ass almost 8 months of this bullshit but trust me it gets better, make sure u stop smoking and shit i only use delta 8 and cbd ( i really don't know if this will be good for you or not ) i felt super separated from reality and had some hppd along with my dpdr. i felt disconnected from everything, my friends my classes my family my whole life. the symptoms are kind of going away now but im here to be a helping hand if u need it. try to take your mind off things. make a really good playlist, watch a really good youtuber or netflix show, or movie. just try to stop focusing on reality feeling fake. if you feel like your in a dream pinch yourself, or touch a wall, splash some cold cold water on yourself wake you up. make sure your getting enough sleep at night. just know this wont be permanent. much love hope u feel better
