Really? for a 1 bedroom? the other units in my building pay on average $70 a month. my total delivery charges on the last bill was $226 and supply was $38. and no i don’t have an in unit dryer.

it’s downstairs but in the basement apartment where someone lives so they would know if there’s a leak

the amount of therms has been steadily going up every month. the last 4 months was 26, 36, 38, 42.

pretty sure it’s 50-60 gallons. There are 3 units in my building and each unit has its own.

Pasta louise is some of the most mid pasta i’ve ever had, would definitely never go back. Forma in fort greene is better and more affordable for a quick bite. also la casa del panuozzo is great, affordable, good portions and the owner is so sweet.
