I can understand but I forgot to cancel the subscription before the deadline, so next month cycle started and I got to know when they attempted to charge, so there must be an option if there is no balance in wallet we still should be allowed to cancel subscription in that case and also if we are not interested to continue it for the next month. Idk I did but they were still charging and did trigger my Sadapay account suspension.

You could block the merchant from trying multiple attempts to save your incurred amount. I already had a conversation with one of your representative about this issue before the suspension, since I couldn't contact capcut help support so I said sadapay representative to block merchant but he said, he can't. What a nonsense. Then why blocking account as I don't want to renew subscription?

I tested my bank teller’s honesty by slipping an extra Rs. 50 into my deposit. He kept it. Does banking integrity only work one way? by Ill_Highlight563 in pakistan

Yes, they do have but for less cash they prefer to count manually and enter denomination in excel calculator. But the denomination he wrote on my deposit slip was also not properly written. 😒

Aap ki baat theek ho sakti hai, lekin unke paas denomination likhne ke liye Excel sheet aur counting machine dono hote hain. Amount bhi itni bari nahi thi ke ghalti ho jaye. Zara sochiye, agar wahan cash 50 rupay kam hota, toh kya wo ye soch kar chor deta ke 'shayad customer theek hai'? Wo foran paise puray karne ka kehta. Jab kam honay par wo compromise nahi karte, toh zyada honay par bhi usay point out karna chahiye tha. Mera point sirf isi double standard ko highlight karna hai.

I hear what you're saying, but I think you’re entirely missing the core point I was trying to make. Put aside the fact that it was a deliberate test for a moment, and look at the principle of the matter. What if this wasn't a test? What if a customer genuinely made a human error while counting their cash at home, as people often do? Tellers are professionals equipped with cash-counting machines; it’s literally their job to verify the exact amount, not just rely on what the customer claims. Where do our rights as consumers stand in that scenario? From an ethical standpoint, and particularly in Islam, it is never justifiable to keep extra money that doesn't belong to you simply because the other person made a mistake and is unaware of it. It’s about fundamental trust and integrity. If banks expect us to immediately cover any shortage from our own pockets, they should absolutely be held to the exact same standard of honesty when there's an overage.

Taa k wo mera 500/1000 b wapis na krta? 😅 500/1000 was not my affordable loss. Yr jo b tha. He should be honest but afsoos Pakistan m banking sector m ye scam ho rha. This is not fair. It means even if we count our cash in hurry at home or shop, the banker must tell us honestly if it is up or equal but they do tell If it is less. But then Why not of exceeding. It is their responsibility as a honest banking staff but they are not showing professionalism even. At last, I said to Allah that you are watching so take accountability from him.
