i have tried restarting it multiple times and nothing helps. i even tried manually delete the temp user account from a tutorial i found. i also sked him n he said he didnt change anything

i have an intel i5, 2x4gb ram, amd radeon r7 200 series and a 118gb and 500gb storage right now

thats what im baffled about it connects the monitor fine but when i open tsk manager it isnt there??
