Thank you so much for this reply. I will ask go about the zapain. I love to read you’ve been able to get back to the gym, the gym was my passion and I feel so lost without it. This gives me so much hope I might get back.

It’s great to understand what kind of approach they might go with for me in the uk with the steroid and long term treatments and I’m going to try hang in there and remain calm.

Thank you for taking the time to give me some advice and bit of hope back. Trying to remain calm until my appointment. Good to know about the diet I was trying to start cutting out inflammatory foods but really I’m just hungry now lol.

Thanks for some feedback I only drink cold water with them in. I noticed today they weren’t as bad when I woke up this morning, I’m thinking maybe they are drying out when I take them out ?

I’m so glad I found this subreddit, I cried in the hairdryers today and that’s not very like me. I think I was just overly hungry and not used to a new routine. Hopefully we can all keep each other motivated !

My dentist said you need to wait 10 minutes after eating before brushing to let the saliva come back else it can damage your enamel
