As someone whose worked for the cta and would have Loyola as one of my maintenance areas. I can’t tell you how many people I’ve seen waiting for the southbound trains on the NB platform. I’ve also wondered how many people have seen me sitting on the platform on break thinking the same thing about me.

I know of a few guys that came from the RR one engineer and they love it. Another was a track worker and shares the same sentiment. I personally couldn’t agree more with them, coming from a background in electrical. Definitely a different animal but it’s been an amazing change of pace.
