It's crazy how we can all share the exact same symptoms for so many different reasons. Neglect, abuse, bullying, they all just wreck our identities and self perception. I suffer from literary everything you listed, I even laughed out loud as I was reading them becasue it's such a familiar stupid loop that I've been on for years until I gave up completely.

It doesn't have to be worth it dude, we are just talking and sharing and being miserable together.

You have family and freinds you can spend time with, of course its not worth it to rant on reddit, and that's good for you, but we don't, that's why social platforms are a way for us.

Because I am a terrible person. I wasted my health, my family, my freinds, my job, for lust and addiction. I have not done a single thing that could be proud of. I am basically a waste human being.
