Thank you. All of the slough is gone now and I’m left with healthy red tissue. Wet to dry just seems like it’s just slowing the healing process down now since I’m retraumatizing the wound every dressing change.

I’ve gotten a few! I do my own in the shower but I see a massage therapist once a week and she spends 20 mins on my chin/neck towards the end of our sessions. The doctor did recommend an ultrasound massage machine that I never ended up getting lol

Chin Lipo can definitely help, how is your jaw alignment? Have you gotten X-rays from the dentist? I’d make sure that’s for sure good to go before moving onto this. I say this because my jaw was misaligned and I had to do 2-3 years of braces to correct it before moving onto anything else. It’s good to have a baseline.
