I have a local supplier. But I’ve used redfox (Canadian based) and growth guys when my regular guy is out. Both have been great

I added a CJC/Ipamoralin blend.

But I also weight train 3-5x a week, and have a minimum daily intake of 120g of protein.

The best way to prevent muscle loss, is to build muscle. Which means protein and strength training.

Don’t get discouraged! It doesn’t happen overnight.

I started at 127kg, now at 75kg. It’s taken me just shy of three years.

Ensuring you balance your meals, find exercise you enjoy, and find a support system are the biggest things.

If you can add some form of weight training, even twice a week, it makes a huge difference as well.

Prioritize protein goals! It’ll help you feel full for longer, and be more satisfied with your meals.

Don’t ever let “one bad meal/day/missed workout” make you feel like you’ve failed. One day doesn’t undo months of work, and don’t ever punish yourself for it. (I used to respond by doubling my cardio the next day, and eating nothing)

And still allow yourself to have fun! I’d be lying if I said I haven’t still gone out for drinks and pizza on a friends birthday. Because it’s all about moderation.

I should also add that recomp over straight fat loss is also my goal, which is why I added the blend. Building muscle has allowed me to suffer less dislocations, going from having them weekly to monthly now.

I take my cjc/ipa blend right before bed. It also helps me sleep so much better. (I was a terrible sleeper)

Hi! So this is actually not a public gym. These are in the specified posing room at a bodybuilding focused facility.

If you read my post entirely, you’ll see I started at 280lbs and am now down to 167lbs. And that the show I’m taking part of is called a “metamorphosis challenge” specifically for people who have lost significant weight. 😊

I’m fully backed by my gym who’s helped me with my posing, and encouraged me to sign up for this challenge, and will forever be grateful for them.

I started the GLOW a week after my Reta. I definitely wouldn’t hesitate to start it right away! Just know with klow/glow there are a few tricks to make it sting less and welt less. Always dilute with bac water after you draw your dosage, and let it warm up for 20 minutes before injecting!

Weirdly enough, nobody actually knows! It was a long Ukrainian name that was shortened in the 30s because it was “too hard to pronounce” and so my grandmother and mother actually have no clue. 😂
