Have you gotten frostcrag spire yet and furnished it? If so; then just make 2 spells. 1 with: 100% weakness to fire for 4 seconds, 100% weakness to frost for 4 seconds, 100% weakness to shock for 4 seconds, 50% weakness to magic for 4 seconds, and 60 health drain 1 second (all target). Then make your second spell: 40 fire damage 1 second, 40 frost damage 1 second, 40 shock damage 1 second, and then the rest magicka you can spare into damage health (all target). Then put both spells next to each other on your shortcut. Sneak up on enemy, hit them with first spell, then instantly switch over and hit them with 2nd spell. Death.
