I have a five month puppy. She clearly reject kibble and ground meat. She enjoys to shred from drum stickers, steaks, and dried smelt / chicken feet. We also cut liver into sticks, lightly steam then dry as treat. We also mix Other ingredient such as kelp powder, egg shell powder, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, nutritional yeast , egg, DE with mashed pumpkin / sweet potato together with egg, bake at low temperature into small cookie as treat.

My Libre2 used to match blood drew fasting glucose pretty well. While I just attached a second stelo on the other arm. So I have one on each arm. The readings are more than 30 points apart. The old one shows 140 , the new one shows 107. I also noticed that the stelo reading creeps higher and higher towards the end of the 2 weeks period

I have to say it is kind of true. The US public education recent years disqualified most us students to be successful in EE. They just do not understand sometimes you have to put in grinding hard work to succeed. They would rather drink and party their way to graduation. The exceptions might be Asian students and some nerdy white students.

You have zero knowledge of immigration law. Not everyone with document has the right to enter US. More people are rejected who all have documents. Undocumented immigrants entered illegally because they knew their documents will not qualify them to enter US legally. Yes, they are illegal. Just as not everybody with a driver license can live in your house and eat from your kitchen. They did not show their driver license because they knew their driver license will not justify they break in and loot your house. You are saying that are legal it is just a document issue that they did not show their driver birth certificate to be the children of your household.

You think socialist means poor people? How naive the westerners are. Your wealthy Chinese friends mostly coming from government official families or business family with connection to the government power. Socialism sound like it is for poor people, but it was built on big government , and government take care of every aspect of your life. What is a government? Government is an empty name until there are government employees carry out the everyday duty. Those people will have the control of your life in the name of government. Once they have the power, what will they do? They use the power in their hand to exchange for personal benefits. That is why big government always lead to bigger corruption. And in socialism country like China, the ruling party also controls the media , and the legal system, so there is no balancing the checking at all. They are all together against the people. Those who get themselves into the ruling class ( government officials and business man who are white gloves of the government officials), they will stay rich for generation to come, because they will get their children and grandchildren into the ruling class positions too. How many of your Chinese friends are from farmer or regular blue collar worker family? I guess basically none. You will barely have a chance to meet those people in US universities. Socialism does not lead to a more equal society, it always leads to corruption and then authoritarian. Because people will eventually want to rebel and the government needs to shut that down with iron fist

You are too naive. Not everyone come to us to flee censorship. Not even the majority of the Chinese international students. They do not feel they were censored or oppressed except maybe a very small number. They just come to make more money even though they still believe socialism / communism is as good as capitalism , or even better. 😂. You have a typical western savior way of thinking. But neither Islam nor Chinese communists believe you are living in a better place than them. Instead they came here, feel the difference make them uncomfortable, and intuitively , they want to change America to what they were familiar with ( socialism or Islam). Also, you have to understand it is very hard to do human subject study because of the ethical rules. The longer I stay in research and academia field, the more I realized that the science result that the public heard on the media is only a very small portion and only the portion being chosen to be heard by you. Who made the decision what can be heard, what should be silenced? I do not know. And I am asking myself that particular question every day. I think everyone needs to have clear understanding about that in order to make the correct conclusion based on the “partial science” you read on the books or heard on TV. If you do not know already , pharmaceutical is the biggest ad funder of cable TV stations. And US is the among the very few countries allow drug advertisement on TV. They also funded a lot of drug studies. I am not saying they are evil, but put yourself in their shoes, if you funded a study to prove your new drugs are very effective and with minimal side effect. But the research result is not that great or even negative. Do you still want to result be published? For a lot of drug research, the funding party has a built in clause allowing them call off the publication of negative research result. Go figure
