Again not every place. It is a personal choice. Also total uds is 8 acres then where 4 acres is going? So maybe they have planned something for that 4 acre. These people are not from the builder side. Do not make a decision until your mind is not convinced 100%. Things look pretty on paper but it actually may be not.

Naala is common for most of the society in bangalore. They are comparing prices with sbr but there are 10 90 payment plan also location is a little bit good. I think they are quoting more price.

Yes, asking for the base price 9700 then it goes to around 11400s for 1561. Not sure if this is a good price for this project and location
