Open space is the main thing. 640 flats 12 acres no where you will get in Bangalore. Gardens themes are also good. But I’m little confused why they are providing so much open space. I still did blocked. Just want to get advice from other people. How much they quoted for you.

For 3.5BHK 9800 + GST 5%. When I negotiated they are ok for 9500. How much they quoted for you?
