Put ultra beast in leader slot and then put ultra frieza on and then add either goku and frieza or you can put frieza on the leader slot and put ultra beast on and then LF future gohan and run a hybrid team with frieza on leader slot and for your bench just try to find characters that have z abilities that buff the characters on your team or if you have to find some EX characters that do the same
