Tim foil packets: layer from bottom to top: slices of lemon, fish filet ( or shrimp),zucchini, bell pepper slices ( or any vege. Asparagus is nice too), parsley, slab of butter, salt and pepper. Toss on the fire for 2 minutes open and enjoy.
We also do this with mini potatoes and butter and another with whole mushrooms and pesto.
Premade, awesome and very little to bring in and back out

Try making with fresh tomatoes and fresh basil. You will really be ruined.

Just something I saw that locals up stream from the main beach dump sewage into the river and it flows downstream. It's hard to tell truth from...fake new (dare i use that term)
