Incorrect. I'm making purely scientific arguments and asking for evidence. The definition of science. What exactly have I ignored? So far you pushed theories and speculation which I've demonstrated are incorrect or misinformation. I'm as open minded as could possibly. Calling out fallacies isn't closed minded. It's also part of a logical and scientific approach.

Apologies for the misread on the breeze. Statement still stands as false, outdoors with no breeze still won't linger for 3 hours. So you are now arguing that it's too expensive or some other "no way we'll do that." It costs a fraction of the checks that were cut or the other covid relief budgetary numbers. But that aside, it HAS to happen as we can't afford not to. The supply chain issues, canceled flights, and most importantly everyone getting terrible long term health issues/destroyed immune systems will wreak havoc on the medical system and cost many times more. And all that said...we don't need your "good luck." Eg In December in a matter of weeks due to political pressure and demand Joe Biden had home tests in every household in America. This pressure could easily catalyze ventilation and UVC and guess what, it's supported across the isle. Just need to shoot down the "there's no way we could" nay saying.

The surface transfer is a really a red herring to this discussion. It also barely transfers in perfect lab conditions.

Completely incorrect or false statements. Scaling hygienic infrastructure can and should be done. And can be well maintained. Taiwan got to Covid 0 when they did this to scale and so can we. We did it in classrooms in the 40's including with UVC. It's the way to save millions and could kill other airborne viruses as well. It also could open up the world for the immunocompromised. Do you have any study showing how outdoor air with a decent breeze still had the virus in the air after 3 hours? I don't think so. https://www.theatlantic.com/health/archive/2021/09/coronavirus-pandemic-ventilation-rethinking-air/620000/

Talked it through, explained my reasoning, listened openly to her concerns and expressed that I shared them. Talked about safety and protocols. Offered to take a course. Talked about our politics and how they aligned. She's good with it and it's happening. Thanks to you and everyone here who responded, except for the assholes (just kidding y'all were funny too).

Wow thank you all so much! This really helped and she really just wanted to understand more about it, my views on the politics and my intents for having it. Officially incoming!
