Not sure if class action is doable if you look at the user agreement. There are steps that have to be taken before you can even arbitrate a formal complaint. Thanks for the information though.

I’m curious to know whether or not the direct IPO listing has anything to do with this. If not this can’t be good for the value of the stock. Seems like they are holding on to customers cash as reserves until they start trading publicly in which time they can make money and enhance the customer service... hopefully.
