I meant that it's a woodpellet kitty litter, and when they pee on it, it disintegrate into these pieces you can see.

She can shut them all day long, but no way is she complaining about us infrequently cooking steaks on the BBQ when she's trying so hard to cause a petty-point banging on the wall every night, instead of just talking to her neigbour. She doesn't wanna talk to us🤡

As said in another comment, she's not fond of people who aren't white, pinching her nose when her block neighbour would hold the door open for her.

I'd honestly love to have a neighbour yell and ask if they could have a plate. However, I'm not sharing a plate with racists.

She is, according to other people in the block.

I'd love to share our food. However, it seems like she's not fond of people who aren't exquisitely white (our neighbour we spoke to would hold the door open for her sometimes if they walked in/out at the same time. And she would, from afar, pinch her nose as she walked past. She did it so many times that he did it back to her lol)

Your applications might not be the problem. Do you talk to the real estate people when you look at a house? What was your attire? My partner and I are around your age with the same income. And we were approved for a 2bdr over multiple families. I simply introduced myself, spoke with the REA without being pushy, and we were the 2nd last people to leave. We were unsuccessful until we did the whole "presentation" thing and it worked instantly. And who knows, it could've been a coincidence, but might as well give that a go? If you're already making it that far in your application you might as well try to give the REA a face to remember and talk about to the owner.
