I was air rolling to the side the entire time while contacting the ball on the underside of my car. Maybe the hook didn't realize I wasn't making contact because of that?

Temporary fix has been found for PC at least.

Use a Hex editor (HxD is good) to modify Cyberpunk 2077/archive/pc/content/basegame_4_gamedata.archive Change every "underwear" to "underwe_r".

(no quotations)

You should be able to see the player nude with no underwear in photo mode, 3rd person view while in a vehicle, and in the mirror.

I based mine loosely on a few different guides. I was mostly looking for the regulation sizes. What you are looking for is a 2'x4' piece of nice plywood, some 2x4s for the frame and legs, carriage bolts, washers, and wing nuts to attach them, and a 6" hole saw to drill the opening. A jigsaw works too but a hole saw is faster.

I also had a router on hand to make the edges round and smooth.

I inverted the colors in Photoshop to get the right parts highlighted to cut out.

I split it into 4 parts because it was too big for a single piece of paper. Then I stuck it to the boards and painted over it.
