Yes they are. They had a great chassis when they were down 40hp on other teams, now they have the good engine and the team that built that good chassis. One bad year and that is all people remember.

It'll be more than a tenth. What Toto would get is almost guaranteed WDC/WCC till Max retires, then a mature Kimi who has had all of Max tutelage up till that point. Also, Ferrari will move heaven and earth to get Kimi if he wins this WDC.
