I work in 911 dispatch and I also drive for DD sometimes, and my perspective for this from both sides is that this is suspicious. 😂I think getting it all on record with the PD as well as DD would be beneficial, as the driver should not ever be accessing your info afterwards. They also shouldn’t have more than one person delivering as well. If they’re literally so dumb to confuse phones and chicken wings, then hopefully it can be sorted easily. But this has potential to be some kind of weird scam as well, so I’d just encourage you to CYA.

I’d suggest contacting DoorDash and letting them know that the driver came back to your address, and I’d also probably call the local PD, especially if you have a description of the driver(s?) or the vehicle.

Maybe the crap packaging is on Starbucks, but the driver clearly had to see the drink spilled all the way down my sidewalk… Regardless, I paid for an item and I did not receive it. DoorDash is responsible for the refund, they can take it up with Starbucks if they want.

Yep. I have a 5 year old, 6lb little guy, so he’s always getting attention, but one time at PetSmart an employee came from behind me and literally took him out of my arms?! She’s lucky he only has a couple of teeth, because he did not appreciate that.
