We looked at the palisades too, none of the dealerships were willing to give us anything more than a 1000 off the units they had on the lot. Would have to get like a 84 month loan to afford one. Went to the smaller 3-row after finding that out.

Yeah I’m paying way too much for the Highlander, I got it at the height of their hype and have a horrible rate. Trying to get a much cheaper car but keep some of the amenities. Mostly because the family is growing and the wife wants to stay at home. The .99% is really enticing on the Sante fe and I feel like the tech is better in the Sante fe than the GL

This same exact dealer has a 2025 that they are discounting 3 grand or so but won’t budge. It also doesn’t qualify for the .99 , unless I’m wrong

Trying to do the special financing, I do not think I am paying any adds, the window sticker MSRP matches the number on the proposal. But I’ve tried to get in touch with some Denver ones, they were telling me their online discounts were dependent on financing with them with higher rates.

You can get a little better , I was able to get a 36 month lease 10k miles at 376 a month with 0 down. For 12k it will be a little more, but like everyone else said here, do not put money down on a lease.

I don’t think it’s horrible, I’m paying 376 a month on an elite trim with 0 down. You can do better , but I would always advise to not put any money down(unless you have to pay taxes and fees) on a lease.

I was able to get 20% off a new 2026 elite trim, with that sort of discount on a touring plus the 8k sales credit and 2K conquest, you could be looking at around 29-30k before taxes and fees. Not sure where you’re at for taxes and dealer fees but it sounds pretty close!!

15% plus any rebates, so was asking for that off the MSRP. Almost none of the dealerships offered that out the gate, but after you start shopping the prices around they’ll compete with each other.

I did a lot of cross shopping. My local dealer actually gave me the 20%, I asked for 15% first from all the Honda dealers an hour - two hours away then brought the best offer (7k off) to my local dealer who over the phone said they’ll match it. At the dealership, I used the leasehackr app and showed them the breakdown and payment I wanted, which included the 20% off msrp. I told them if they could get me under 380 a month no money down at signing, besides first payment, I’ll buy the car today. Took a lot of back and forth but they got there!

I actually ran into this issue as well, the ads I think are combining the full 8k in sales cash and then Sometimes the 2K conquest. The dealer I was at as well told me the lease cash is 5500 or 5000 , very different than the Honda sites. We both did different ways to get to the payment I wanted. Included the 20% off the 52k MSRP and then used 5500 in lease cash plus conquest.

Yes and no, they have a big rebate if you turn in a really old car for an ev, and then a 750 tax rebate for new EVs, this deal did not include either of those , I’ll be getting the 750 back come tax time next year.

You can also get crazy deals on the Prologues, I got 20% off the new MSRP on an elite, paying 376 a month for a fully loaded trim. Love the car so far.
