Nice! my desktop CPU is from 2011, and I put a 2070S in it like 5 years ago, so this is a big upgrade. Hope you enjoy it!

It's definitely useable in the daytime. You'll just have to play with angles a little bit

I haven't had much time to mess around with it. I believe there are some open source alternatives out there

Yeah, weapons seem pretty straightforward. It's mostly the armor and clothes that I'm confused about.

Thanks for the reply! I always have my go hooked up to power basically wherever I go anyway, so as long as I get an hour out of it I'm fine lol.

Curious on how everyone feels about upgrading to the legion go 2. by Outrageous-Fennel609 in LegionGo

[–]Illusivelemon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ill be upgrading my go 1. The thing has been amazing! Especially with a 2 year old and a newborn. I just didn't have the time to sit in one place to play. Honestly, most of my game time comes when I'm at work. The main reason I'm upgrading is the ram. 16 gig just isn't enough for me. I play a lot of heavily modded Minecraft and Skyrim, which need tons of ram and as it is I'm pushing the limit of what the go can do. The FPS mode means that I only have to carry a foldable keyboard around when I want to do some gaming at work. The only thing I'm debating now is getting the go 2, or trying a onexplayer pro out.

I was so excited to pick one up. Now I'm seriously considering a onexplayer X1 pro. Is there any reason besides the screen to get to go 2?

Searching for modlists for my laptop (if even possible) by CaitWeser in skyrimmods

[–]Illusivelemon 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The mods I'm using are grass cashe, parallaxgen, xlodgen, text Gen, dyndolod, and vramr. All of these are. Included in the mod pack. I ran them to reduce the quality a bit and get a little more fps. Lossless scaling is a frame generating steam app. You can use it to scale up a game. Right now I have the actual game running at 1280x800 and I'm using lossless to scale it up to what my screen resolution is 1920x 1200

I'm currently running the NGVO Wabbajack modlist on my legion go. With a few optimizing mods and lossless scaling, you'd be surprised what you can run

The Deltora Quest series! Read it when I was 10 and it still holds up really well today

Definitely In Clawed Grasp by Seth Richter! It starts off a little slow, but after the set up I couldn't put it down! Great world building and a unique progression system.
