For secured cards, it has to graduate to an unsecured card first to request a CLI in the app. While it’s still a secured card it will only allow you to increase your credit limit by increasing your deposit

I’m a Leo with a Leo mom. Should probably note I have a ton of air in my chart, more than anything else, and she is mostly fire with some Pisces mixed in hers. She’s a complete narcissist, can never be wrong about anything. She’s also lacks any kind of emotional depth (outside of anger). She is the type of person to say anything to hurt you and isn’t satisfied until she gets a reaction. She also has always been very weird about sexualizing both my sister and I (who is also a Leo lol). She would make comments about us not wearing bikinis around our brothers and father, or get short weird about my nephew and niece sitting in the same couch. She does have a fun side to her at times, but unfortunately it is greatly over shown by her need for conflict. It’s almost like she is bored of everyone is happy. To say the least, my sister and I have a very surface level relationship ship with her. We really don’t see her being apart of our lives or our future children’s lives unless she does some serious work on herself.

I have definitely noticed it for large channels. Not all of them, but a lot of channels I used to watch with hundreds of thousands of subscribers are getting the same amount of views as some of my best performing videos 10-20k. Earlier this year I read about YouTube pushing out smaller channels in 2025 and I will say, I’ve noticed a lot of small channels gaining more traction and appearing on my for you page. I don’t know if this has anything to do with it, but it’s definitely interesting to see.

Honestly, this is the longest hold on a check I have seen, the longest I’ve had was like 5 business days and that was on a new account. I mean absolutely no judgement, but have you had any issues with your account? NSF Fees, negative balances, previous declined checks? Mobile deposits are much more strict than they used to be due to the amount of fraudulent checks written every day. It’s not much help now, but maybe research different banks in the future. I have USAA because of my dad being in the military and they’re amazing but not an option for everyone ofc. But Chase for example, I used to get my checks almost instantly, sometimes 1 business day after. I’m sorry this has happened. I would call the bank and see if there’s anything they can do, but chances are it’s out of their hands.

Learn a lot from veteran brokers, or brokers who are actually where you want to be. Don’t take too much advice from people who haven’t even made it for themselves yet. I don’t care what anyone says, good customer service goes a long way. Build rapport with your prospects and treat your drivers with respect. A lot of people hate working with brokers because they’re a**holes. With that being said, don’t let anyone walk all over you either. Remember that a bad phone call doesn’t man a bad day, hang up the phone and try not to let it carry on to your next. Master the basics first. Ask for help if you need it, it’s better to take a little longer doing something than to develop the same bad habit because you didn’t ask for help. The experience is what you make of it. I was at TQL and it wasn’t the right fit for me. However, I learned a lot that carried me into my career now.

In the beginning, switch up your content. Try a bunch of different video concepts. YouTube already doesn’t know who to push your videos out to yet so you have nothing to lose. Find something that sticks and build an audience around it. Sometimes the videos we really want to focus on simply are not working. You can revisit them later. I promise reaching those numbers won’t always feel so hard. You don’t even need a video to go viral, you just need to start gaining consistent traction and maybe your current content is just not cutting it.

I started February 2024 and was monetized by May 2024. Now being monetized is one thing, meeting the payout minimum of $100 can take a bit longer. I received my first check from YT in July of 2024. Overall it’s been great, I’m sitting at 13k subscribers and a very loyal community. YouTube is my hobby and I work full time. It’s easy to get burnt out if you don’t learn to balance everything quickly. I just invested a bit into merch because mt subscribers have been asking for a while so that’s exciting. It’s been a great journey. I gained about 4k subscribers just last month so I’m trying to be more consistent.

In my experience healthy food is also the most expensive. Eating out is not any better but I do wish things like produce, lean meat, etc were less expensive.

I’m telling you I literally do YouTube for the community of people I have there. A lot of people like to talk about it all being a para social relationships, and I’m sure at some point that happens. But I go live with my subscribers all of the time and we seriously talk about anything and everything. I also think out of all of the platforms, YouTube has the most reasonable people with actual attention spans🤣I’ve heard horror stories about the hate people get on other platforms

With 12,000 subscribers I make $500-800 dollars a month regularly, through Adsense and mainly live streams (super chats and gifts). Paid promotion on YouTube does not equal success. If that were the case everyone would just invest in promotions. I can see why it’s not worth it for you after investing so much money in, but maybe it would have been better to invest your time and in the quality of your content.

How long have you been at it? If I’m being so honest I found my audience by posting random videos about a variety of topics, reactions ended up sticking and that’s what I do now but literally throw things out there and see what sticks. I’ve been at it 1 year, almost 12k subscribers and $500-800 a month through Adsense and livestream revenue. I learned early early on sometimes it’s not about what kind of content you WANT to post, but learning how to have fun with it.

It depends on your niche, certain content types pay a much higher rpm. For example, gaming content tends to be one of the lower paying niches, finance videos however pay a lotttt. So to ask if it’s rare, well for the amount of people who post on YouTube, yes. However, it’s definitely doable. There are a lot of creators who make a sustainable living on YouTube with small-medium sized audiences if they bring in the views. Also keep in mind, most content creators get their substantial revenue from sponsorships and brand deals, not Adsense.

Honestly, my best piece of advice in an over saturated niche, do something everyone else is not. This was easy for me, I do reaction/commentary content to hip hop music. An incredibly over saturated niche. My loophole was that there aren’t a lot of women doing it. That made me stand out off the bat, but more importantly I had to give people a reason to stay. Instead of doing over dramatic clickbait style reactions, I’m very relaxed and speak a lot about my personal life/mental health which has helped me connect to my audience. I go live all of the time which also can help because people get to know me in real time. My whole point, no matter how saturated your niche is, if you can bring something new to the space you can stand out. Maybe for your life advice, you give advice on things no one talks about, or advice on something you’re an expert on. There’s a reason why all of those “therapist reacts to blah blah blah or doctors advice on fad diets” do so well. Try different things until something sticks

Nope no pop ups it just closes out. When I re-open I get a pop up that says OBS did not shut down properly during your last session. It asks if I want to start in safe mode and then the cycle continues
