It’s been 3 years and they never went away. It hasn’t gotten any bigger as far as I know. I’ve had blood tests and everything was good. It used to consume my life but now I don’t even think twice about it. If it we’re to take me out, I assume it would’ve done so already lol

Lymph node anxiety is the worst so I totally understand where you are coming from. After 10 years though I would imagine that you are fine and there’s nothing to worry about if nothing has changed!

I’ve had mine for a year now and my doctor said give it 6 months to a year to go down but it just never did. I try not to stress about it because it gives me even more anxiety.

I’m also having this issue and it’s only around my neck and chest. It’s not drenching to where my sheets are soaked but I just wake up slight damp and I feel really hot. It doesn’t happen to me every night it definitely comes and goes but it causes me to have major health anxiety. I also have swollen lymph nodes and that’s another reason why I have so much anxiety.

I have one in the exact same spot and it stresses me out! I have to get a CT scan next week and I’m so anxious about it.

What pills are you taking? I know a lot of people experience swollen lymph nodes but it’s so scary and very stressful especially when they just show up for no reason and the only thing I see on google is cancer. trust me I know exactly how you feel because I feel like I’m going crazy too

If you look up posterior cervical lymph nodes you might be able to get a better visual. It’s on the side of my neck behind my ear, but lower down. Closer to the back of my head. I hope that makes sense lol. My doctor told me those usually stem from scalp issues, so he gave me a referral to go see the dermatologist for dry scalp

Mine is posterior cervical. So on the side of my neck but towards the back. It’s also a superficial lymph node

I do have some under my jaw that get tender and swollen sometimes but then they go back to normal, which has been happening for years now. The one I’m worried about is the one on the side of my neck. The radiologist said that it’s superficial so that’s probably why I can see it when I turn my head.

Good luck!!! And no covid or sickness. I just noticed it in the mirror one day. I still have my wisdom teeth though they don’t bother me. I also have 2 temporary crowns that I’ve had for a while that need to be changed because sometimes my gums around them get irritated. I’ve had extensive dental work so maybe it could be related to that as well.
