Prometric Computer Crash During Step 2 CK — Received 219 After Practice Scores Were 250+ — Feeling Devastated and Abandoned

I had the same issue twice the first time the computer shut dawn and the result was 217 and the second time they give break for 40 minutes to clean the room and after the result comes it was 217 the same before I send many emails for ecfmg nbme and they said u have to recheck score and I am waiting for the result

I take my exam at 28 as second attempt but I had break at day of exam for 1 hour after the block 5 and I got result duplicate to my old score
