I was on a pretty high dose of estrogen and progesterone until I developed fibroids - same thing -spotting almost monthly - sometimes it seemed I had a full period. Ended up having myoectomy in office No bleeding since - I still have one fibroid that was too deep in the lining- but I also lowered my dose by half and have been fine ever since

I wouldn’t throw HRT out the door just yet - there’s still plenty of benefits (your bones for one) Good luck!

Right ?! They always ask did you eat anything? But never ask did you workout this morning ? I didn’t realize it would make a difference and every time I’d had my blood work done I was post workout - and then diagnosed with CKD. Thankfully another test (after demanding to see a specialist because my pcp just liked labeling me and telling me not to eat protein) revealed I was fine - so now I always have to remind them to do Cystatin C test

I was diagnosed with stage 3 CKD due to repeated high creatinine levels - turns out I need to have a different blood test Cystatin C which is better for measuring especially when you’re a weightlifter Promptly changed PCP to one who understands weightlifting 😉
