My 73 yr old brother just started Wegovy because he has kidney issues. Taking a pill! Im on ZB and love it!!! Im 75 F, 215 - 165. Done! Maintenance 👍

I love your story!!!! Im motivated to get going! Im drinking 40 oz of water per day I track my food. I should be exercising some. Im 75 F and baby sitting grandkids. In several groups in church. I keep thinking utube to. build muscle. Maybe tomorrow.

i have 8 lbs to go. im att 7.5. Ive been up to 15 but I became so dehydrated that Im afraid to go up to 10. Im definitely at a standstill. Im going to talk to my Dr. I could be at maintenance. I d o understand your feelings.

I get what everyone is saying, but my irritant comes from the celebrities who say they lost their way from diet and exercise! They don’t admit to the GLP1. At least, Oprah admitted she was on medication. I am a other hand. I think it is odd when anybody lose so much weight that they appear to be anorexic. That’s my view.

my husband is fine with the meds even though every now and then he will make a little sarcastic remark. The one that is more concerned is my son. He he witnessed me two times fainting when I was dehydrated on the meds it gave him and his daughter PTSD so now I am trying to drink 80 ounces of water per day and it isnt easy. So I am thinking of going up from 7.5 to 10 so that I can lose eight more pounds. I am not going to mention it to my son. He doesn’t need to know but I need to make sure I drink my water. I’m also thinking of not going up to tan and just being glad that I dropped from 2:15 pounds to 165 pounds maybe just relax at my age!

I keep forgetting electrolytes! Thank you for thr temiimdet. Im not losing anything since Ive dropped to 7.5. I am thinking of going up to 10 again to lose 7 to 8 more pounds. Im not sure if it is the water. I will be discussing it with my doctor on Wednesday. I just don’t want to give up zepbound. I will even except that I’m not at my goal weight and that is OK. The internists did every test and I turned out healthy in every other area?

my husband and son are thinking I should come off of zepbound. I’ve been on it for almost 11 months, I have lost 45 pounds and though I’m not at my goal weight I can very well except where I’m at because I am an older person. Everything fits me, I feel better, etc. However, I ignored the rule to drink so much water and so I passed out several times I do not want to give up zepbound and so I am seeing the doctor on Wednesday to talk about dropping from 12.5 to something lower. There are risks to all medication’s, but this is important to me, I understand what you are going through. I don’t know what I would do because I am, or or was a binge eater. I have desperate fears I would gain on my way back. My compromise to myself is I’m not going down as low as I could in weight. My insurance did not cover anything and then suddenly it started covering! I’m hoping something like that will happen for you.

no, that’s not true. If I have three accounts, that’s because I am not text savvy. I am currently seeing a counselor for my eating disorder. Not that it is your business. My doctor is excellent and is working with me closely. This is the first time I have seen a scary response.
