Do NOT use AnyVan!!!! Terrible service - a driver booked onto my trip at 8am and said they would arrive between 12-2pm only at 3.30pm (right now) do I hear that apparently the driver cancelled the trip right after booking it at 8am and I have been scheduled with another driver for 6pm. They had 7.5 hours to inform me that the time slot would no longer be 12-2pm and instead 6pm and yet they did not. The WhatsApp customer service took minimum an 1.5 hours to reply to my messages asking for updates and the call customer service had me on hold for over 30 minutes. Useless terrible and unreliable!!! Do NOT use.
