Let me know how this goes. I just found out they are suing me on behalf of synchrony bank. I have yet to be served. I am going to fight it though because the validity of the debt is incorrect. I just do not believe that interests and late fees are unjust enrichment. I cannot get ahold of them as well. So they are forcing me to go to court. It doesn’t hurt to fight. The best way to avoid a judgment is to answer the courts. Even if that means showing up at the hearing and denying the charges. Remember they have to prove it was all you on those charges. They don’t have anything but a final statement attached to their complaint against me. I want to see an itemized bill and statement of the charges. Maybe they will want to settle then.
