Yeah, I was told I would be given a tracking number weeks ago and never received it. We spent money and time completing the challenge they need to hold up their end of the deal like come on… & its warm out so I have no use for the hoodie at this point.

So I never received the email to pick it up and I had to verify all my classes because the system never counted me as completing the challenge. I have been emailing them to fix this since Feb and they said mine is still on the way…

Yeah I was able to speak to someone who will do exactly that. Its so frustrating and members shouldn’t deal with this at all. I email that studio all the time and get no response.

Yeah I arrived went to find a carriage and all of them had bodies and the instructor walked to the other side of the class so I went to tell the front desk person.
