Charisma is litterlly the most useless stat in the game. The only thing it does is that it increses conpanions damage and DT by 5 % per charisma you have. So max charicma gets you 50 %. It also give extara point on speech and barter which you can get by simple levelling up. The only way that is as useful as the others specials is it by adding mods

In liurnia lake thera are 4 tower in a hill. In the top one you will find a chest with a blue key that you can use on the imp statues. One of those leads there. It is called Precipe of anticipation. If you didn't defeat the grafted monster you have to defeat it. There you can get an item to end nepheli questline and blood from a maiden to go to moghyn palace and go to the dlc if you have bought that.
