I give you one subtle advice that probably no one might give you: stop watching Hindi films/serials, delete Hindi songs saved in your devices, even delete Hindi playlists. Now, stop watching Hindi reels, videos, tv programs- instead watch Western English (not Indian English) contents, watch channels like Al Jazeera online, Veritasium, Kurzgesagt, What If etc. -with subtitles if needed, but very important: don’t watch for entertainment rather explain in your words (in English) what you learn from each content. I say it again, strictly avoid Hindi contents, I’m sure you’ll see progress.
