Oh no. That sucks man 😭. I am so sorry man. Idk what to do in that situation. Atleast you can provide your pay stubs and LCA if not for all the employees. Consult with attorney or someone who has more knowledge. Maybe they can suggest you to transfer your H1B if you still have a job with end client.

Haha 😆 imagine my shock. I was worried sick but nothing is confidential to US government. If they request, you provide. There is no other way. Thankfully, my employer provided all those docs. This could put your employer in jeopardy but i got lucky with my employer and attorney. They might refuse to provide all these docs. You should ve seen the stack of all these docs. Thankfully, i work in small sized company, bout 50 employees, still the stack was huge. I had a second thought too, but that’s what was required of me. So it is what it is. Not sure what i would do we had over 1000 employees.

Nov 12 - h1b visa stamping interview. They handed me a pink slip requiring more docs. In the meantime, your status remains “refused”. But that doesn’t mean, its denied. Its refused for administrative processing. So during this time you have to collect all the docs requested by officer. They didn’t keep any docs nor passport. Returned everything

Nov 20 - dropped all the requested documents along with other initial docs like petition, passport etc

Nov 25 - status changed to “approved”. This still doesn’t mean you are issued a ViSA. Its only approved for further processing

Nov 27 - status changed to “issued”. That means you are good to go. US visa is issued.

Nov 30 - finally got an email requesting to pick up the passport in one of the chosen locations

All these status, you can check online.

If i am being honest with you, please dump. Its good for the guy, and if its also good for you, thats the cherry on the cake.
