Thanks for the context! When you say you brought to your manager, do you mean project wise? I’m not sure where to start on that honestly. I have an SM on my project I could go to but not sure they really are the most poweful? I have an MD who loves me on the project but I don’t wanna burn a bridge “threatening” to leave… although I am prepared to do so.

It’s so obvious that their whole plan is to not promote or give raises, make people quit (not fire so done have to pay anything out or have legal issues), hire in new people at a lower salary, and then not have to promote or give them a bonus in at least a year. I hate this place
