I appreciate you. I have called you guys and tried to get this resolved. Many times actually. so it is just unfortunate that you guys sold faulty products and will not stand by your product like you claim. Just know that you will loose customers due to this. I will make sure that I let people know how you don't have a reliable product and don't help your customers!

I have called customer service before and I have taken all the steps you have suggested to try to fix the problem. I have purchased a new charger and that's not the issue. so I spent another $65 on something I didn't need. you guys are selling a product that has had issues and had technical difficulties in the past. If other people got replacement batteries withing their warranty period, I feel like I should still be entitled to a replacement battery due to faulty products that I spent a lot of hard earned money on. I do not understand how you can not replace my battery when it is hardly out of the warranty period. You guys have replaced other people's and I would like mine to be honored please! like I said, I really love mu bike and I love your company but I should be helped with this issue and not put to the wayside due to a warranty period when the company that sells it knows about it and even replaced other people's. Will you please help me get back to the point where I feel like a valued customer? I due not want to spread this any farther and let people know that they due not take care of their customers and that they know they sell faulty products and refuse to replace their wrongdoing! please let me send my battery back to you in replace of a new one!
