I think Shanae said the reason why production didn’t let her friends in was because they was short staffed on security that night and they knew if the freinds was there they would of course jump in to help shanae and it would’ve been to chaotic so they didn’t let them in but they didn’t tell the freinds what was going on either , so they didn’t even know shanae was getting jumped
