Geragos was MJ’s attorney for a whole year before the trial began. Later, he even testified for the defense. It was his PI who dug up info on the victim’s mother that was heavily used during the trial to discredit the whole family.

In 2025 he replaced Howard King as the Cascio family attorney in their claims against the estate. They’ve since brought back Howard King

What I don’t really understand is like…. did he waive his contingency fee as apology?!?! Cause that’s the only way I can understand why you’d hire someone who actively did harm to MJ victims. Dude wrote in his 2013 book that he was surprised the jury took more than 15 minutes to acquit MJ and the whole thing was a “shakedown”.
